Making a Complaint: Information for Parents and Caregivers
During the course of your child’s schooling at Forest Hill State School, you may have cause to make a complaint about an issue or concern you have with their education. A four step procedure is detailed in the Making a Complaint document to assist parents/carers and school staff to reach an outcome that is in the best interest of the student.
